Motivational speaker and owner of the Fitness Edge in Meredith, will present “Fish! A Remarkable Way to Boost Morale and Improve Results” at 11 AM.

* Lani and Allen Voivod * 12:30

aka ‘The Content Lovers’ of Epiphanies, Inc. in Laconia, who will present “How to Recession-Proof Your Business.” Attendees will discover some of the ways business owners sabotage their own success and fall into bad marketing habits, and will learn strategies to reverse them to generate revenue.

* Magic 104/98.1 *

The radio station Magic 104/98.1 will be broadcasting live from the event and interviewing vendors all morning.
Look for their van out front.

* North Star Web Services *

Several fundamental questions will be answered including: What is the internet? What is a Web Site?
Should my business have a web presence in this troubled economy? How do I get people to vist my site?

* Emily Cowan, MSW, LCSW *

I will be demonstrating a type of therapy called Internal Family Systems. I will need a volunteer who truly has an unresolved problem he or she wants help with. The demonstration will take about half an hour and will be done in a small space.

* Macell Incorporated and Tomboy Tools *

For the tool business, I will do a class on car care with the Tomboy Tools car care kit, which will include caring for other motorized vehicles. The class will cover basices and is aimed at women or beginners.

Fair Trade Workshop.

* OSMOSIS *

This vendor will be demonstrating how Osmosis provides a safe, non-invasive, comfortable and relaxing way to rid the body of built-up toxins through the use of the ionCleanse footbath detoxification system during the day at her table.

* Mona Vie *

This vendor will be demonstrating how the Mona Vie product can give you better health, aid in healing and defend against heart and cholestorol problems during the day at his table.

* Caron's Gateway Real Estate *

How your Credit Scores are made up and things you can do to improve your score.... Aproximately 2 hours in length.

* Interiors Green *

A Demonstration on Green Living.

* North Country Wellness *

First, we'll talk about our company philosophy and mission when it comes to wellness. Second, we'll be discussing and demonstrating natural energy benifits.

* Peak Health *

Karen Bradley, owner of Peak Health, with speak about various topics. These will include one-on-one personal training, sports medicine, or medical massage to energy therapies such as CranioSacral Therapy and Reiki.

She will also be demonstrating a massage technique at her booth during the day.

* Northern Insulation *
